Our Approach

Every Red Brick Label order is built and shipped with care — brick by brick.
We partner with Printify, a trusted fulfillment provider, to craft, print, and ship your items directly to you. Each product is made to order, ensuring quality, consistency, and mindful production.


Processing Time

All orders are made to order and typically process within 2 – 5 business days after payment is received.
Once your item is created, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Note: During high-volume seasons (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may extend slightly.


Estimated Delivery Times

Region Estimated Transit Time
United States 3 – 8 business days
Canada 7 – 12 business days
Europe 7 – 15 business days
International 10 – 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or customs processing.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product type, weight, and destination.
Any applicable taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery from our fulfillment partner to your door.
If you don’t see your tracking information within five business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.


Multiple Shipments

Because we use multiple Printify production partners, items in the same order may ship separately.
You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each package — all at no additional cost.


Shipping Issues or Lost Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Double-check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation.
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If the issue remains unresolved, email us at info@redbricklabel.com, and we’ll help coordinate next steps with Printify.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees applied by their local customs office.
Red Brick Label cannot predict or cover these additional costs.
