Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Packaging (such as product wraps, boxes, or inserts) should be intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your approval status via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Opened or used self-care products (candles, body care, etc.)
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@redbricklabel.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly — either with a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Red Brick Label error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
